Please receive a referral from your local dental surgeon and come to our hospital well in advance of your first visit.

Applications will be accepted at the General Information on the 1st floor in the order of arrival.

Departments Subjected to No Reservation Required Pediatric Dentistry & Special Needs Dentistry, Endodontics, Periodontics, Removable/Fixed Prosthodontics（except oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea）, Geriatric Dentistry and Perioperative Medicine in Dentistry, Oral/Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (except an immediate tooth extraction or cleft lip and palate treatment), General Dentistry (except oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea)
Notes
■　A return visit to the dental department will be treated as a first visit if there is more than six months interval.
■　If you do not have a referral, you will be required to pay a flat rate of 5,500 JPY for dental care in addition to the treatment fee. (Without a referral, certain departments will not accept patients.)
